The market was tough and after fighting sith our first listing agent from another company for 2 months i reach out to Mandi. He jumped on the job to get the house listed. Market took a hit and intrest made it a tough sale, but she got it done and helped us locate our next home. Less than 12 hours out of a fairly severe surgery she was sitting next to us at the closing table. She wanted to be there every step.

About 6 months ago I made a post on social media asking friends and realtors to find our family the "perfect" property to be able to one day build our "Forever Home." Our goal was to find an acre or two in Tangipahoa Parish that we would fall in love with. That simple post turned into many friends and realtors reaching out to us with a property or two. But Mandi decided that my post would turn into her mission. She understood our goal in finding a piece of property that we would fall in love with and never gave up in finding it. While we turned down 4-5 pieces of property that she recommended she NEVER gave up. Then out of nowhere she called us and said "you need to see this piece!" Take in mind that we were looking at 2 acres at most. But once we walked on this particular piece of property we knew it was the one. It was just over 9 acres. But it did not stop there. The 9 acres was actually part of a large tract of land that was also for sale. After speaking to my business partner we decided that it was such a perfect piece of land that we wanted the entire 60 acres. Mandi once again understood our goal and helped to make it happen. We now are ready for our next step in building our forever home for our family on our "perfect" piece of heaven in Tangipahoa Parish.

About Mandi Braiwick
I am a very proud lifelong resident of Tangipahoa Parish and daughter of local Entrepreneurs, David and Barbara Franks who have taught me how to be in successful in business and life. The lessons I have learned from them in business and real estate properties have made me excel in building trusting relationship with my clients. After being in the medical field as a healthcare provider for 14 years I decided to switch careers to real estate because it has been a lifelong dream and I am able to use the tools I learned in the medical field in real estate.I enjoy spending time my family and husband Danny, my two sons Joseph and Jack. I love going to concerts and festivals and spending time with my friends Going to LSU tailgating and games is my favorite during football season and we are big Chicago Cubs fans. I love to travel and I am a huge Key Wester. We enjoy spending time on the Tickfaw River and Orange Beach. I have a passion for working out at my gym Spoga in Hammond, LA and being involved in my community. I am supporter of St. Jude’s Children Hospital and advocate for Domestic Violence awareness.
